Falafel Corner is currently working with youth and community groups, university groups, and re-entry groups to have in-restaurant fundraisers where 33% of sales during the event go to the group.

Will Falafel Corner donate to my event?
please note that we don't offer grants or cash donations at this time. We do provide some food donations to some specific charities, and in-kind donations. If you are interested in in-kind donations, then please reach out to us here.
How can my non-profit organization raise money outside of in-restaurant fundraisers?
We participate in Scrip programs, which are a great way for your non-profit organization to raise money outside of our in-restaurant fundraisers. Through Scrip, your supporters can help earn you money by purchasing Falafel Corner gift cards. Your organization is able to purchase our gift cards at a discount, resell to your supporters, and keep the difference. Click here to learn more.
Rewards Program
How do Falafel Corner Rewards works?
You’ll have to become a member. Once you’re a member, you will earn 1 point for every $1 you spend at Falafel Corner. You will also earn points automatically when you order in our app and on FCorner.com, or when you use your phone to scan your member card at the register. Points can be redeemed for free menu items and more in the Rewards Exchange either online or in our app. Additionally, members get a gift on their respective birthday and so much more.
Do I need a smartphone to participate?
You won’t necessarily need a smartphone to participate but it does make it easier because our mobile app is the best way to experience Falafel Corner Rewards. To earn points in the restaurant without a mobile device, you'll need to keep your receipt and submit a points request in our app or on FCorner.com
How do I earn FREE Pita & Hummus for signing up?
Earning free Pita & Hummus is easy. We'll drop a free Pita & Hummus reward into your My Rewards wallet within 24-48 hours of you signing up and placing your first order of $5 or more in the app, online, or in the restaurant.
How do I sign up for the program?
We suggest downloading the Falafel Corner app for the best Rewards experience. However, you can also join online by creating or updating your account here
Why am I receiving an error message when I try to join Falafel Corner Rewards?
You are possibly getting this error because your email has been used to sign up for a Falafel Corner ordering account at some point. If you’ve forgotten your password, please make sure to recover that and then proceed.
What can I redeem my points for?
Points can be redeemed at Falafel Corner for a whole host of free menu items, ranging from gyros and burgers to our latest apparel and accessories from FC Goods. Points can also be used to help Falafel Corner promote a better world through nonprofit donations. You can go to our app or online to redeem your points through the Rewards Exchange.
Is there a limit on how many points I can have?
Though there is no limit for the number of points you are allowed to have, but we do – however – suggest redeeming them for rewards. Please be advised that points do expire after six months of no purchase or redemption activity.
How do I go about making a donation using my points?
Making donations is easy. Just visit the Rewards Exchange in the app or online and select one of our nonprofit partners. As soon as you’ve redeemed your points, Falafel Corner will make a $1 donation to the nonprofit you selected.
Can I get my points back If I selected the wrong item in the Rewards Exchange?
It’s important to understand once points are redeemed for a reward, then we can’t exchange it for a different one. Please choose wisely because points cannot be returned after you’ve selected to redeem.
What happens after I redeem my points for an FC Goods reward.
You will receive an email from Falafel Corner with a promo code that can be redeemed on FCGoods.com. The email usually comes in a few hours but if you don’t receive the email for some reason and its not in your spam folder, please contact us. If you have any promo code or shipping questions, please reach out to FCGoods customer service.
How do I apply a reward to my purchase?
This is vey simple. When you're ready to use a reward in your My Rewards wallet, all you have to do is add it to your digital order bag or scan the reward at the register. The reward will automatically apply to the qualifying item in your order. Please make sure you read the reward details for any special purchase requirements.
Is there an expiration date for these rewards?
All rewards have an expiration date. Your can find this expiration date in the description section of the reward.
Am I able to earn points at any Falafel Corner?
All Falafel Corner restaurants in the U.S. facilitate the earning of point when you order in the Falafel Corner app, on FCorner.com, or in the respective restaurants.
What can I do if I forgot to scan for points in the restaurant?
In a situation where you forgot to scan your member card on your last visit, all you have to do is keep your receipt handy and submit a Points Request in our app or online. Please be advised that you have to submit your Points Request within 30 days of the transaction. You can submit up to 2 Points Requests per day and up to 4 Points Requests per month.
Please be advised that these Points Requests do not apply to the following:
- orders placed before you joined Falafel Corner Rewards,
- orders placed online as a guest,
- purchases of a gift card, orders made through a 3rd party,
- catering order that was paid for in-person without scanning your member card.
Can I do a point request if I checked out as a guest in the app or online?
Our Points Request form can only be used for in-restaurant purchases right now. Unfortunately, guest orders are not covered under the Rewards program.
Do catering orders earn Falafel Corner Rewards points?
Just like taxes and tips, delivery fees are not eligible for earning points. Likewise, purchases made on third-party delivery platforms (such as DoorDash, Grubhub, or Postmates) are not eligible for earning points. You can, however, order delivery through the Falafel Corner app or on FCorner.com and automatically earn points on your purchase.
Am I allowed to earn points on multiple orders per day?
You are allowed to earn points for up to three transactions per day. Please be advised though that multiple menu items ordered together will count as one transaction.
When do I get my points?
It can take 24-48 hours for points to process and show up in your Points History section. However, if you still don’t see them after that time, then please contact customer service and they should be able to sort things out for you. Make sure you have your receipt handy.
My point total doesn’t match my purchase total. Why is that?
please be advised that taxes, fees, tips, gift cards, and gear are not eligible for earning points. Calculate your total without these to find out what your earned points are.
How do I know if I got the points when I didn’t receive a confirmation on my Points Request?
We never send confirmation emails regarding points request. However, if you pressed ‘submit,’ then rest assured that we are looking into the matter. Points will show up in the Points History section of your account within 24-48 hours if we’re able to verify your purchase. There will be a description “Purchase Credit Approved” next to the ones we were able to verify.
How do I participate in Bonuses? Where can I see my Bonus progress?
Sometimes this can happen if your phone has a cracked screen or if the screen is not bright enough. You can turn up your brightness, which usually helps. The cashier can also enter your code manually if the problem persists with scanning.
Will my points ever expire?
Points expire after six consecutive months of no activity, whether that be purchases or point redemptions. You can track your points in the Points History section of your account.
Am I allowed to use more than one reward with my online order?
Under our current system, we are not able to process more than one reward per online order.
Am I able to merge two accounts into one or transfer my points to a different account?
It’s not possible to transfer points or merge accounts at this time.
Can I still earn Falafel Corner Rewards points while using a reward, promo code, or another offer?
You are allowed to redeem a reward, promo code, or other offer (like Free Pita and Hummus), and still be eligible to earn points on other items included in your transaction. For example, you would still get points for a wrap or platter that you got in addition to the items you received as a result of redeeming your points. Please be advised that taxes, fees, tips, gift cards, and gear purchases aren’t eligible for points.
Can I earn points if I pay with a gift card?
You are allowed to earn points when you pay with a Falafel Corner gift card if you order through your Falafel Corner Rewards account or scan your member card at the register. Please be advised that the purchase of a gift card itself is not eligible for points.
What is Guac Mode?
Guac Mode is an exclusive benefit for customers who created a Falafel Corner Rewards account on or before February 20, 2020. The Guac Mode offer changes from time to time! When we activate the Guac Mode offer for eligible customers, the offer details display in My Rewards. Every reward has a unique expiration date, which you can find in its description.
Delivery
If I have a delivery issue, who should I contact?
If I have a delivery issue, who should I contact? If the order was delivered to you via a third party delivery partner (such as Doordash, Grubhub, etc.) then we would advise you to reach out to them to find a resolution. If, however, the order was placed through FCorner.com or the Falafel Corner App then our team is ready to help you. You can submit your comments here.
How long does the food delivery usually take?
Delivery times vary based on our delivery partners' ability and capacity to transport your food in a reasonable amount of time. We try to give an accurate Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) so you can have a window of time to reference.
Does Falafel Corner deliver?
We do provide delivery. Whether you place your order through our app, our online portal, or one of our partners' platforms, you can rest assured that your delicious food will be heading your way.
Are we allowed to schedule our delivery time?
Some of our third-party delivery partners (doordash, grubhub,etc.) do allow you to set a future date for delivery. If you place a catering order, you’ll be able to choose when you’d like to have it delivered. You can read more about our catering options here.
Is it possible to have my delivery cancelled after I've submitted my order?
If you ordered through our third-party delivery partners (doordash, grubhub,etc.), then please reach out to their customer service team to cancel your order. They may charge a cancellation fee and will assist you in the procedures. They will send you a confirmation email to confirm the cancellation so please be on the lookout for that. Please be advised that when you submit a delivery order, it's sent directly to our courier team and restaurant crew, so it can get cooked up and on its way to you in a very short period of time. This can make canceling your order challenging. But the sooner you act, the sooner you can find some resolution.
If you've ordered directly through our app or online and need to cancel, please reach out to our Customer Service team through the Contact Us page. We will respond via email so check your email.
Do you deliver internationally?
We currently have no restaurants outside of the United States.
What if my delivery order is inaccurate?
If you placed your order through us by using order FCorner.com or our online app, then please get in touch with our customer service team through the Contact Us page. State your order number and requisite details and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the matter.
If you placed your order directly through our delivery partners then please contact them directly. As always, please make sure you get the confirmation email.
Can I modify my order after it's been submitted?
We understand that sometimes customers would like to make some small modifications to your order after its submitted, but we – along with our delivery partners – don’t accept modifications because our first priority is making sure there's no confusion around what your order is or where it should be going.
Will Falafel Corner deliver my food if I order through the FCorner.com website or FC mobile app?
We have partnered up with DoorDash's delivery team to fulfill delivery orders placed through our website and app.
If I have issues regarding delivery payment or refund requests, who do I contact?
If you ordered through FCorner.com or our mobile app, our customer service team has you covered. You can contact us through the Contact Us page. If you placed your order directly through one of our delivery partners, please contact them directly.
Do you partner with any other third-party delivery companies other than those listed on FCorner.com?
Since we are committed to ensuring quality service and providing the most efficient and effective delivery, we only work with partners that we know are able to uphold Falafel Corner standards.
Can I customize a catering order, or order just a few pans of rice and meat?
Currently, we are not offering items a la carte. However, you can see that our catering menu is highly customizable.
Can I modify my catering order once it’s been placed? What if I pre-paid for it?
Yes, if you need to change anything about your catering order, you can modify it up until 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up or delivery. You’ll receive a revised order confirmation that will list modifications to your order, including any possible difference in price that will be charged on the day you’ve scheduled to pick it up or have it delivered.
Do you deliver catering orders?
We do deliver catering orders, but it varies by location. For an additional fee, you can select "delivery" for most pre-paid catering orders placed online.
Will you guys set up my catering order after it’s delivered?
Set up is not included with your catering order being delivered. However, our catering orders are designed in a ready-to-serve way so all you'll have to do is find a little space and pop open a few containers

Are there additional delivery costs?
Depending on the delivery platform you use, you may see higher menu prices, a delivery fee, a service fee, and/or a minimum order amount. The type and amount of costs and fees vary on our delivery partner.
Am I able to get my catering orders delivered?
Yes, we do offer delivery of all catering orders for an additional fee for pre-paid orders placed online or by calling the respective Falafel Corner store and prepaying. Delivery coverage does vary form restaurant to restaurant, so please call the respective location for more details.
How much food do I get per person in a catering order?
Each guest is allocated a similar amount of food to what they'd get if they were in one of our restaurants. The portions are similar as well as the quality.
Do catering orders include desserts?
Currently we do have a couple of options for desserts and they can be ordered separately by themselves or along with the rest of the order.

Does Falafel Corner cater?
We provide catering but it could depend on your location. We have several catering options that are perfect for any business meeting, event or party—feeding as few as 6 or as many as several hundred.
Can Falafel Corner provide a full-service line, complete with servers, for my catering order?
While we're not able to send a team or offer full-service catering, our catering options do come ready to serve and are really easy to set up clean afterwards. Your friends and family can enjoy the meal without too much hassle.
How far in advance should I place my catering order?
It’s best to place a catering order as soon as possible. We are able to process orders placed 24 hours ahead and don’t recommend anything shorter than that. We can, however, accept catering orders several months in advance.

Do catering orders include salads?
Yes, all of our catering orders, except for the individual wrap or burger combination orders, include salad along with rice, choice of meat, hummus, and pita bread.
Are beverages included with the catering orders?
Falafel Corner does not provide bulk beverage containers, but you can order individual drinks in the form of fountain drinks, bottles, or cans depending on respective restaurant.
Does Falafel Corner accept checks for catering orders?
We accept business checks or money orders. We do not accept any personal checks. If you’re planning to pay with a business check then you will have reach out to your respective Falafel Corner restaurant to place your pay-in-store order because online orders require pre-payment with a credit card or debit card.
Can I pay in advance for a catering order?
Yes. All catering orders have to be pre-paid in advance either in the store or online.
Can I set up a House Account, PO Number, or be invoiced for catering orders?
We don’t offer this service yet. Nevertheless, we are working on getting a system in place to accommodate this.
Will I have to supply my own plates, forks, and napkins when I order catering?
No, you won’t. Our options can be supplied with plates, forks, napkins, serving spoons, and tongs if it is requested. Please be advised, you have to request this at time of ordering.
How much space will I need to set up my catering order?
The space required really depends on the imagination of the host. However, for an average catering order for 20 people, we do recommend having at least one 6ft.-long table. Additional tables will be needed relative to your total order size. We also recommend you getting a chafing dish rack and burners if you decide to keep the food hot over an extended period of time. Please follow all directions and safety protocols regarding chafing dishes and burners. ordering.
Does Falafel Corner provide chafing racks and burners to set up with my catering order?
Currently Falafel Corner does not provide chafing dishes or burners. However, these can be picked up at any grocery store.
Can my organization place a tax exempt catering order?
Currently we are not offering any Tax-exemptions for any ordering, catering or otherwise. However, we are working on getting something developed in the near future.
How do I get Falafel Corner Rewards points for my catering orders?
Please make sure to scan your digital member card before you pay and save your receipts. This will ensure you get points, especially if you have to do a points request . If you ordered online, then your points should automatically appear within 24-48 hours after pickup.

Falafel Corner is a registered franchise and a lot of the information is available in the public domain through government agencies. Other things, like recipes and internal functions of our company, are things we've dedicated time and resources to and it's all proprietary information.

Does Falafel Corner have vegan options?
We have several vegan options: our salads, falafel, Dolma, and baklava are fully vegan. Additionally, you can request for falafel burgers minus the mayo and cheese.
Does Falafel Corner have vegetarian options?
Yes. You can order all our wraps,, platters,, burgers with a vegetarian option.. aside from the meats, everything else is vegetarian. Our cheeses are made with a vegetablebased rennet, and our tzatziki sauce is made with 100% cultured cream. If your own personal vegetarian guidelines therefore allow you to eat these dairy items, then that's terrific. If not, then you should avoid them. Please note this information is different for those who choose a vegan diet.
I can only have pasteurized dairy so is the tzatziki sauce okay for me to eat?
Our tzatziki is made with pasteurized dairy products.
Does Falafel Corner have a meat option that is not spicy so kids can eat?
Our burgers, chicken nuggets, chicken strips, kid’s quesadilla, and hummus with pita are devoid of spices and very popular with kids..•

Can I buy Falafel Corner sauces in large quantities?
Unfortunately, we do not actually sell any of our foods in bulk. In order to maintain the shelf life required for retail, we’d have to add preservatives and we don’t want to do that. We're happy to sell you some sides if you'd like.

Where can I buy Falafel Corner gift cards?
Our Gift cards are available online here but may only be redeemed at U.S. Locations. Falafel Corner gift cards purchased through any other web site may be fraudulent. We cannot guarantee validity for cards purchased through any means other than those mentioned here.
How can I check my gift card balance?
We’re currently experiencing an issue with the way our gift cards are working online— this might mean you aren’t able to add a new gift card, use one online or in the app, or see your balance. If that’s the case for you, don’t fret: your balance is safe, and can still be used and checked in-store. We’re real sorry for the trouble, and our best guys are on the case.
Where can I buy 10 or more gift cards at a time?
Falafel Corner bulk gift card orders can be placed online. To purchase more than 10 gift cards go here and click "Bulk order 10 or more gift cards” at the bottom of your screen.

Unfortunately, there isn’t. We care about getting your order right, and we’ve found that comment boxes often lead to confusion. But you can modify individual ingredients within our ordering process — just swipe right.
I’ve got this gift card. Can I use it within the app?
First of all, score. Second of all… soon. We’re currently experiencing an issue with inapp and online gift card usage, but are working to get our systems back up and running ASAP. If you’ve already loaded a gift card, it’ll still work in-store. Just scan the code from your phone to use it as your payment method.
Where do I pick up my mobile app order?
For most of our restaurants, you’ll head to the cashier to grab your grub — but we’ll also show you pickup instructions at checkout with details, just in case the location you’re ordering from is an exception.
How do I use an offer in the mobile app?
Just head to your in-app wallet, select your offer, and tap “use offer.” That’ll automatically apply your coupon. If you forget, you can also apply it in your bag.

You can go to “Order Now” and sign in to go to your account settings. From there you can update your account information.
I am not able to order online. Why?
Make sure your browser accepts all cookies in all situations. If you are trying to get a new password, check your spam folder. If you're still having trouble, contact us on the Email Us section of our website and we’ll help you out.
Can I order via Fax?
Currently we don’t have this functionality but are looking into the viability of it.

How do I know if I got the points when I didn’t receive a confirmation on my Points Request?
We never send confirmation emails regarding points request. However, if you pressed ‘submit,’ then rest assured that we are looking into the matter. Points will show up in the Points History section of your account within 24-48 hours if we’re able to verify your purchase. There will be a description “Purchase Credit Approved” next to the ones we were able to verify.
How do I participate in Bonuses? Where can I see my Bonus progress?
Sometimes this can happen if your phone has a cracked screen or if the screen is not bright enough. You can turn up your brightness, which usually helps. The cashier can also enter your code manually if the problem persists with scanning.
Will my points ever expire?
Points expire after six consecutive months of no activity, whether that be purchases or point redemptions. You can track your points in the Points History section of your account.
Am I allowed to use more than one reward with my online order?
Under our current system, we are not able to process more than one reward per online order.
Am I able to merge two accounts into one or transfer my points to a different account?
It’s not possible to transfer points or merge accounts at this time.
Can I still earn Falafel Corner Rewards points while using a reward, promo code, or another offer?
You are allowed to redeem a reward, promo code, or other offer (like Free Pita and Hummus), and still be eligible to earn points on other items included in your transaction. For example, you would still get points for a wrap or platter that you got in addition to the items you received as a result of redeeming your points. Please be advised that taxes, fees, tips, gift cards, and gear purchases aren’t eligible for points.
Can I earn points if I pay with a gift card?
You are allowed to earn points when you pay with a Falafel Corner gift card if you order through your Falafel Corner Rewards account or scan your member card at the register. Please be advised that the purchase of a gift card itself is not eligible for points.
What is Guac Mode?
Guac Mode is an exclusive benefit for customers who created a Falafel Corner Rewards account on or before February 20, 2020. The Guac Mode offer changes from time to time! When we activate the Guac Mode offer for eligible customers, the offer details display in My Rewards. Every reward has a unique expiration date, which you can find in its description.
Are there additional delivery costs?
Depending on the delivery platform you use, you may see higher menu prices, a delivery fee, a service fee, and/or a minimum order amount. The type and amount of costs and fees vary on our delivery partner.
Am I able to get my catering orders delivered?
Yes, we do offer delivery of all catering orders for an additional fee for pre-paid orders placed online or by calling the respective Falafel Corner store and prepaying. Delivery coverage does vary form restaurant to restaurant, so please call the respective location for more details.
How much food do I get per person in a catering order?
Each guest is allocated a similar amount of food to what they'd get if they were in one of our restaurants. The portions are similar as well as the quality.
Do catering orders include desserts?
Currently we do have a couple of options for desserts and they can be ordered separately by themselves or along with the rest of the order.

Does Falafel Corner cater?
We provide catering but it could depend on your location. We have several catering options that are perfect for any business meeting, event or party—feeding as few as 6 or as many as several hundred.
Can Falafel Corner provide a full-service line, complete with servers, for my catering order?
While we're not able to send a team or offer full-service catering, our catering options do come ready to serve and are really easy to set up clean afterwards. Your friends and family can enjoy the meal without too much hassle.
How far in advance should I place my catering order?
It’s best to place a catering order as soon as possible. We are able to process orders placed 24 hours ahead and don’t recommend anything shorter than that. We can, however, accept catering orders several months in advance.

Do catering orders include salads?
Yes, all of our catering orders, except for the individual wrap or burger combination orders, include salad along with rice, choice of meat, hummus, and pita bread.
Are beverages included with the catering orders?
Falafel Corner does not provide bulk beverage containers, but you can order individual drinks in the form of fountain drinks, bottles, or cans depending on respective restaurant.
Does Falafel Corner accept checks for catering orders?
We accept business checks or money orders. We do not accept any personal checks. If you’re planning to pay with a business check then you will have reach out to your respective Falafel Corner restaurant to place your pay-in-store order because online orders require pre-payment with a credit card or debit card.
Can I pay in advance for a catering order?
Yes. All catering orders have to be pre-paid in advance either in the store or online.
Can I set up a House Account, PO Number, or be invoiced for catering orders?
We don’t offer this service yet. Nevertheless, we are working on getting a system in place to accommodate this.
Will I have to supply my own plates, forks, and napkins when I order catering?
No, you won’t. Our options can be supplied with plates, forks, napkins, serving spoons, and tongs if it is requested. Please be advised, you have to request this at time of ordering.
How much space will I need to set up my catering order?
The space required really depends on the imagination of the host. However, for an average catering order for 20 people, we do recommend having at least one 6ft.-long table. Additional tables will be needed relative to your total order size. We also recommend you getting a chafing dish rack and burners if you decide to keep the food hot over an extended period of time. Does Falafel Corner provide chafing racks and burners to set up with my catering order?
Currently Falafel Corner does not provide chafing dishes or burners. However, these can be picked up at any grocery store.
Can my organization place a tax exempt catering order?
Currently we are not offering any Tax-exemptions for any ordering, catering or otherwise. However, we are working on getting something developed in the near future.
How do I get Falafel Corner Rewards points for my catering orders?
Please make sure to scan your digital member card before you pay and save your receipts. This will ensure you get points, especially if you have to do a points request . If you ordered online, then your points should automatically appear within 24-48 hours after pickup.
